Q - Are there any booking or age restrictions?
This is a family resort, and we are unable to accept bookings from groups of three or more men or women. The minimum age for the lead guest making a booking is 21. We are also unable to accept bookings from builders or workers.
Q - Are entertainment passes included?
No, entertainment passes are not included and are entirely optional. If you would like to purchase passes, please speak directly with the resort reception upon arrival or whenever you need them. Passes are subject to availability. For full details, please see our Booking information page.
Q - Is the beach open all year round? Yes.
Q - Is the beach pet-friendly? Yes, all year round.
Q - Which amenities are on site? There is so much to enjoy, including swimming, soft play, arcades, a bowling complex, golf course, fishing, crazy golf, theme park, cafés, takeaways, a launderette, shops, and much more. For a full list of available facilities and further information, click HERE.
Q - Is the resort pet-friendly? Yes :) There is even an on-site dog café serving treats, including puppy ice cream!
Q - Is there a launderette on site? Yes.
Q - Can I hire bed linen? The resort does not hire linen. We provide duvets and pillows only, so guests will need to bring their own bed linen.
Q - Are there takeaways on site?
Yes. On site, you will find a Chinese takeaway, pizza shop, chip shop, several burger outlets, and main restaurants. There is also an Indian restaurant and takeaway just off site on the main road.
Q - Do you accept pets?
Yes — pets stay free! Unfortunately, dogs listed under the UK Government's Dangerous Dogs Act cannot stay, in line with the resort's rules.
Q - Can I hire baby items, such as a high chair or cot?

Q - How far is the beach from the resort?
The beach is approximately a five-minute walk across the road from the main reception.
Q - What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am.
Q - Can we request an early check-in?
Yes. Early check-in can be requested from 1:00 pm onwards, but it cannot be guaranteed, as this depends on our cleaners' availability and schedule.
Q - Are there arcades on site? Yes — there are plenty of arcades both on and off site.
Q - Is bedding provided? No. Duvets and pillows are provided, but guests are kindly asked to bring their own bed linen, towels, and tea towels. All accommodation is fully self-catering.
